Paver Patios

Installing brick patio pavers involves several steps to ensure a durable and aesthetically pleasing surface. First, we'll determine the location and plan the layout of the patio, marking the boundaries with stakes and string. Next, we'll excavate the area to a depth of about 6 to 8 inches, removing any grass or debris. Then, we'll create a solid base by adding a layer of crushed stone or gravel, compacting it thoroughly to create a stable foundation. Following this, we'll spread a layer of sand on top to provide a smooth surface for the pavers. We'll begin placing the brick pavers in the desired pattern, making sure to leave consistent gaps for jointing sand. Once all pavers are laid, we'll sweep jointing sand over the surface to fill the gaps, and compact the pavers again to ensure stability.
